- You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
- DO NOT receive any damaged packages - once the item is received / signed for damages can no longer be reimburssed.
- All concealed damages, missing items, or all other shipment errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- We can ship products anywhere in the United States using UPS, USPS, or LTL frieght.
- When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected; and your shipment’s destination.
- UPS Next Day Air, Second Day, and Three Day shipping is available only Monday - Friday. We need to have your order by 3 PM EST. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us.
- UPS GROUND / USPS PRIORITY are never a guarenteed transit time.
- Discount Shipping options does not have insurance, no refunds if lost - please use at your own risk.
- UPS Expedited services will not be refunded due to weather delays.
- USPS pick-ups are between 9:00am - 12:00pm daily.
- Our shipping charges are determined by the weight, dimensions, and the destination of your order.
- Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for further information
- All orders over $1,000 USD will require signature on delivery
- All refused orders will be subjected to a 20% restock fee.
- Shipments over 70lbs are not covered under Guaranteed Service Refund
- Please keep in mind we close on all observed US holidays. This means we will not be shipping on those days. Please call for more information
